Welcome to COCo! Bienvenue au COCo!

We are the Centre for Community Organizations (Centre des organismes communautaires), a provincial, nonprofit group based in Montreal aimed at building organizational and community capacity primarily in English-speaking, bilingual, and ethno-cultural communities. This site is designed to support Quebec non-profits by providing tools, information, and opportunities to communicate and collaborate.

IN THE KNOW
www.coco-net.org/survey
Calling all community groups in Montreal, Laval and the Eastern Townships for a community-based research project! Take 30 minutes to help document the diversity of community groups in Quebec and chart our connections (or lack thereof!) with provincial funding bodies. Please click on the above link, or visit www.coco-net.org/survey to participate. This online survey is a vital step in raising the profile and viability of ethnocultural, bilingual and English-speaking groups in Quebec. The data we collect will be presented on an interactive map on our web site. By participating, you can share who you are, where you are and what you do with a much broader audience. Please pass on the word about the survey as widely as possible to groups that you think should be included. Other Quebec regions will be invited to participate over the next two years. See you on the map!
